If you purchase software from us, we will not leave you on your own to work out how it operates. As a value added reseller of different software solutions, we deliver the following value added services.
Installation
We will install your new software on your server(s)/work stations, test it and ensure it is operating before we hand it over to you.
Training
We will provide on-site training, or off-site training, or training using web conferencing based on your preference. There is no magic formula for how many training days a new application requires as it depends on you and your staff’s knowledge and interest in using software. We will never sell you too many training days, if you can use the new application in shorter time then scheduled, you will not be charged for training days not used.
Data transfer
Depending on the software you are purchasing, we can transfer your current data from your old system to the new system. We will provide you with a migration plan of what data to bring across, what data needs tidying before transfer and so forth. We have transferred data from many applications to the applications we sell, and have in many cases build tools that speed up the process and make it more accurate and less costly.
Implementation – your business processes
Most business applications contain work flows or settings for how the different steps in a process are completed. We will assist you with replicating your processes in your new software application. We will work with you and your key personnel to “map out” your processes. Based on this, we will then activate or deactivate the different settings in the software to replicate this process as close as possible. Sometimes we will recommend changing some processes in order to further improve the efficiency of your staff.
Project management
If you wish we will gladly project manage the whole implementation of the new software. In this case we will work with your staff and your “Champion” to develop a project plan with clearly defined deliverables, milestones and goals. We will work according to the agreed project plan and keep you informed at all times how the project is running and if it is achieving the defined goal(s).
Software development
It is not our default position that any challenge has to be solved by introducing a new application or a new piece of software. Sometimes all that is needed to extend the life of your current software, is maybe to create an add-on in order to make staff more efficient or to deliver a measurement. We have experienced programmers and software developers at hand to ensure a quick development and deployment cycle.
Integration
Our programming resources can also be used to develop integrations between legacy software or maybe between the ERP-system and your ecommerce site (website/webshop). Ecommerce integration will allow you to display stock in intervals or accurate in your web shop, to download orders and customer details directly to your ERP-system for processing. All of this will make you and your staff more efficient and also allow for greater accuracy instead of rekeying the same information.
